Villa Frieda liegt toll, man ist schnell in der Altstadt und auch am Wasser. Man kann schön draußen sitzen bzw. in der Veranda stehen gemütliche Sessel.

Das Apartment No. 1 ist recht klein, das Schlafzimmer viel zu eng mit 160 Bett fast vollständig ausgefüllt. Die Beleuchtung dort so unkomfortabel angebracht, dass man eigentlich aus dem Bett aufstehen muss, um diese ein- oder auszuschalten.
