O apartamento apresenta condições muito abaixo do esperado. Há vazamentos no banheiro, o que compromete seriamente a utilização do espaço. Além disso, os eletrodomésticos estão danificados ou em mau estado de funcionamento. O nível de conforto é praticamente inexistente. A estadia foi bastante insatisfatória e não corresponde ao que foi anunciado.
