Both the location and the facilities were good.

The Wifi connection was extremely patchy.

The boiler in the kitchen was making a little noise

Great location and really nice apartment. Clean and modern. Host was very communicative and easy to reach.

There was no electricity upon arrival, and even after a technician was sent out by the owner, it could not be repaired. Thankfully the owners were able to provide nearby accommodation at one of their other properties, which was a vey nice place! Thank you for providing a quick alternative.

the description stated that there were 2 bedrooms. The reaslity is that there was only one with two beds. One was a library that becomes a bed, very uncomfortable. The light went off in the early mornning and we could not use anything. We paid a huge amount for nothing

We had to wash the pillow covers on arrival, however down feather pillows were still smelly and in need of dry cleaning or replacement.

First of all the location although not in the centre (Altstadt) the apartment was very easy to get, and only 100 meters from a hybrid metro-tram stop with 3 metros/trams that take you to the city centre or Hannover Hbf within 12 -15 min. There I was another train station very close by, roughly 1km or 2-3 stops away. The apartment was clean and I mean really clean! The apartment was exactly as displayed in the pictures, which is great because you know what you are getting. The sleeping space has been maximised , so if you're large family of 6 you could still stay here , although there is only 1 bathroom you're still getting great value for money. Condiments like tea, coffee, sugar, salt and herbs where there in abundance, even washing detergent for the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was organised in a practical way and you can tell that the owners care about the apartment and giving you a very pleasant stay. -Mission accomplished!!

Shower water could a little hotter, probably only by 2-5 degrees (water was warm but not hot). Lock on toilet/shower door.

Host very responsive and welcoming. Flat spotlessly clean, modern kitchen equipment including the coffee machine. Comfortable mattresses and pillows (an important consideration for me as I have a neck problem). Relatively spacious balcony looking over a private garden is a welcome bonus. Area is quiet and multiple tram lines run 100 m walk from the flat. A cheap supermarket and a few kebab places are within a 300 meter radius.

For longer stays a dishwasher (even a table one) would have been quite a reasonable and useful addition.
