Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut. Das Holzhaus im Garten ist perfekt für Kinder.

"المالك وفريق عمله غير صادقين وتعامل غير اخلاقي ابداً"

كان هناك شي جميل كنت ساذكره لكن تعامل صاحب الشقه والعاملين معه بعد تسجيل الخروج وطريقة الافتراء والاتهامات الباطله ليحصل على مبالغ اضافيه اخربت كل شي

لا انصح احد بالحجز عندهم صاحب الشقه في البدايه تاخر كثيراً في تسجيل الدخول وبعد مراسلته افاد انه سيتم تعوضي بمبلغ 25 يورو بعد تسجيل المغادره وبعد تسجيل المغادر بيومين وصلتني رساله انه وجد المفتاح مكسور والشقه غير مرتبه وهذا غير صحيح ليحصل على تعويض ويتهرب من دفع المبلغ الذي وعدني فيه فريق عمل لايحترم العملاء ويريد سحب مبالغ بغير وجه حق علماً انني حجزت اربع ليالي ودفع مبلغ اربع ليالي بالاضافه الى رسوم التنظيف ورسوم الضرائب وقبل الخروج قمنا بالتنظيف واخذ الزباله ووضعها في الصناديق الخاصه بها

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, vor allem an Kinder wurde viel gedacht (überall Steckdosenschutz, Waschmaschine + Trockner, etc.). Die Lage ist auch top, der kleine Garten mit Gasgrill lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Die Wohnung (vor allem die Böden und die Terrasse) war bei Ankunft leider nicht besonders ordentlich gereinigt. Mit einem Mal Durchsaugen war das aber auch erledigt.

"Sweet spot above the Drau Valley"

Nice roomy apartment with an expansive view of the Dolomite Mountains and the Drau Valley. Walking trails nearby and short drive to Lienz for shopping.

The apartment’s small yard was enclosed by arborvitae trees which blocked the valley view. Safe place for children though and did offer privacy.
