Propaganda totalmente enganosa, fotos de ar condicionado e não estão disponíveis, dois ventiladores completamente sujos e não funcionam direito, cama no chão e colchão totalmente sujo e mofado Banheiros com todos os ralos entupidos e vazamentos. Não voltaria novamente e não recomendo.

Apto limpo, boa localizacao

Sem ar condicionado, uma cama de casal está no chão dificultando quem vai usar. Elevador precário. Como não tem ar faz necessário deixar as janelas abertas e o barulho incomoda bastante a noite
