"Very pleasant, close to amenities. Would definitely stay again."

Large and convenient. Included parking. Was very clean and mostly comfortable. Had a great set of dishes and glassware. En-suite was a nice bonus as was an actual bath in the main washroom.

Very small updates to amenities such as matching hangars in the closets and pillows that aren’t completely flat. The air extraction wasn’t working in the main bathroom and the dryer setting on the washer/dryer combo was concerning. The area is a bit sketchy at night and a homeless couple managed to get into the stairwell.

La localisation: pres des commerces et restaurants,à 20 min à pied de la gare qui mène à Londres en 25 min !

Logement qui apparaît beaucoup plus beau sur les photos!!! Tout y est mais dans un état vétuste ! La propreté est vraiment le point noir :canapé taché,hotte plus que sale,four extrêmement sale.poele très sale ,baignoire ,douche et lavabos avec des joints noirs. Revêtement sols tout en moquette sauf salle de bain et cuisine, moquette tachée par endroits

The property was clean but I did not like the area when I was booking I got mixed up between Hatfield and Hitchin which was my mistake
