Great location with lovely sea views and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The living room had enough seating for our group.

There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the flat that seemed to come from the flat downstairs but permeated Seagulls Nest and made it rather unpleasant to be indoors. Being winter we couldn’t open the windows for too long to ventilate the flat. Parking was also a little tricky.

Location was amazing, sea views, close to the town Good facilities inside the property Comfortable Property owner communicated well with how to get keys, check out time etc

The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious, within easy access of St Leonards on Sea and Hastings Old Town. The information provided by the hosts was clear and informative. The roof terrace would be great in good weather with lovely sea views.

The location of the Seagulls Nest was perfect, right on the seafront and a very short walk to the town centre. The apartment was well equipped, plenty of pans, utensils and crockery. The beds were very comfy, all the rooms were spacious, plus there were plenty of towels. There is a small terrace/balcony on the top floor, which I'm sure would be used a lot in the summer, but sadly for us the weather wasn't that great for sitting up there. The shops were interesting to look around, lots of vintage style shops, plus there was a great fudge shop showing how fudge was made. Parking wasn't an issue, there are roads that has free parking a short walk away, Simon helpfully sent us links for that. If we were to visit Hastings again and the apartment we available we would certainly stay here again, thank you Simon.

For us absolutely nothing.

The seagulls nest was a lovely, cosy warm apartment with everything you need. withing 15 mins walk to old town and 5 min walk to New Town, close to everything we wanted to do. would recommend to anyone that wants to stay at Hastings.
