Stylish-Luxury Seaside Flat on Georgian Square

The amenities…full kitchen, living room, large bedroom. Small but new and adequate bath.

Incorrect WiFi site & password on written information sheet. Could not use the patio as for the first couple of days as we didn’t have a key. The space heater in the bedroom, after a demonstration really worked well. The group of entry door keys & door locks were very confusing. We got locked in/out & had to text for help….which came pretty quickly. Checkout instructions were non existent. Didn’t know if we should have left it unlocked & to leave key on the table. We opted to wake the owner who then told us to drop the keys through the mail slot….would have been nice to know, rather than wake them up. They were overall very nice hosts.

No control over the heating & no extra blankets if you were cold

Gorgeous flat in a great location, close to the beach and town. 15 mins walk or so from Old Town. The flat is much bigger than it seems in the photos, beautifully decorated with pretty much everything you need. The hosts are really nice and communicative. Had lots of info after booking with instructions and advice on where to park etc. Will definitely look to stay again next time we visit Hastings!

The flat did get a little cold in the evenings but we brought blankets with us so we didn't mind. The hosts ask for a deposit prior to the stay but were very quick to refund it upon leaving.

It had everything you could need and was lovely and clean

The property is situated close to all amenities, it was very spacious with beautiful decor, and lovely garden area
