Great location, very safe, kids enjoyed all the facilities.

The outside braai facilities that was not to be used to braai with wood.

The house, cleanliness

That there were no complementary coffees. While it's soft catering, it would be nice to have complimentary coffees. In my travel and staying in similar set up, my experience are that you get complementary coffee. But it's not a deal breaker, just a suggestion

The location was excellent and very close proximity for the Kruger. Facilities were family and kid friendly. Joey was excellent and very responsive to addressing queries and resolving issues.

Low internet speed

Magic. What is promised is what is delivered. The accommodation is top notch with everything you could possibly need. The hosts checked on us just the right amount of time and were so very professional organising the Kruger National Park game drive and the panorama sight-seeing drive. Imagine the African sunrises and sunsets accompanied with impala, nyala, Egyptian geese, monkeys, egrets, monitor lizards and many more just outside your glass doors as if they have gathered to say good morning and good night.

1) The accommodation is exceptional but it requires a deep clean. 2) The second bedroom's bathing room requires either an extractor or for the resolution of the plumbing issue that results in foul air coming back up.
