the property itself was clean and well maintained. really enjoy the resort but we only had 1 night which was spoiled by loadshedding

the property should really consider including alternative power solutions. also no communication was provided around loadshedding schedules. we had two small kids and due to loadshedding we couldn’t plan for food and could not utilise anything in the apartment at all to cook or keep the lights on. I would not recommend this property as there is no plan made for loadshedding which is becoming a common experience

The location is far but it’s nice,it is next to the mall. The room was clean and the place was very peaceful.

The chalet is too far from the reception and the gate. The reception is kind of hidden,it’s very far from the gate.They don’t have order in option.

We liked everything about the house, very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The house was very clean when we arrived but we were not happy with the cleaning on the next day when we got back to the house.

"An exceptional resort and family chalet for KNP day visitors."

It was exactly as described and more! As a family with young kids, this was the perfect chalet as the veranda is enclosed. The resort is magnificent, and the location to KNP Phabeni gate is ideal!
