Apartamento no Morro do Maluf, frente ao mar

A Vista é sensacional, é um apto bem espaçoso, comporta bem as pessoas, banheiros e cozinha também são de bons de tamanhos, cozinha tem bastante itens para cozinhar, estacionamento fácil, fácil acesso ao apto, dá para ir andando até a praia.

Armários dos quartos precisam de prateleiras, e a limpeza dos armários da cozinha.

Apartamento amplo, bem arejado, bem iluminado, bem localizado, silencioso a noite e com fácil acesso à todas as praias do Guaruja.

A vista, localização e espaço. A proprietária é prestativa e atenciosa. Comunicação excelente.

O ar condicionado da sala não está funcionando, assim como em um dos quartos.

Aquecimento a gás....nao tinha gás disponível....o chuveiro oscilando entre quente e frio....muito ruim....a parte de aquecimento a gás dos chuveiros...

The apartment was fine when we got there. The staff working at the building was VERY nice.

We got there to drop off our stuff and turned on the AC so it would be nice and cool when we came back from dinner. When we came back, one of the rooms was flooded because of the AC. We tried to call the guy responsible and he would not pick up. We called for hours and he never got back to us. We had to dry everything up and sleep there like that, without the AC which was VERY hot. The next morning he replied and ended up getting us another room. The AC was working fine on the other one, but for the showers, if two people were showering at the same time, the water would turn cold. So only one person could shower at a time (there were 3 bathrooms and 3 showers). He also gave us the wrong WiFi information for the apartment and we couldn’t get connected to the internet. Also, the add says there’s free parking on site. It NEVER specified that it was only one parking space. We had to pay to park our other car somewhere else, which was far because there’s no where to park close by. After we asked the guy about it, he said that was on us because we didn’t understand correctly. But again, it didn’t say anywhere that there was only space for one car. Also, the add says that this apartment is beachfront. It is NOT. It’s by the beach, yes, but it is NOT beachfront. You have to walk up a steep hill to get to the apartment. It’s about a 5 min walk from the apartment to the beach.
