"Okay-ish."

The proximity to where we needed to be.

The driveway is full of deep potholes that can easily be repaired with some aggregate. Instead we landed in deep muddy puddles each time we disembarked from our car. Parking was a 7-point pain. Neighbour hit my car on her way out. Not enough towels supplied. Overall expensive for what we got.

"Superb"

Well equipped kitchen, clean modern bathroom. Really comfortable beds, clean linen. Kate was very kind and understanding with a late evening call for an extra blanket, but delivered in 15 minutes! Real hospitality. Place is like home. Has Netflix, good WiFi. Just a little bit out of city centre, but makes up for it in quality. Will book again if we go to Hamilton again. Thanks so much Kate.

Well thought out property with everything you need! From breakfast ingredients, to indoor slippers. From heater, to Disney plus access. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Parking is tricky but do-able! Still a great stay none the less!
