Excelente localização, pertinho da praia, itens de cozinha todos funcionando, funcionários do condomínio muito prestativos e educados.

Banheiro apertado, piso escorregadio, com um degrau perigosíssimo (na descrição do apt diz sobre o degrau no banheiro, porém só me dei conta do perigo do degrau pessoalmente) infelizmente.
