Hannover List 2 bedroom home away from home

Size of the apartment was excellent for our group of 3 adults (two good-sized bedrooms plus very light kitchen -table with 3 chairs - and hallway). The neighbourhood felt very safe, full of grand elegant properties, was well connected (u-bahn and buses) and plenty of bakeries, cafes, supermarkets, etc. A flat mile walk to central station too. The owner was helpful with communication (e.g. providing details of an excellent laundrette 4 mins walk away) and quickly responded with help and sympathy when we had issues with the apartment. Thank you. Beds fine. Bathroom size and flooring good. Nice outlook from main bedroom window.. Potentially a 9/10.

We reported a broken shower door, broken hook for the shower head (had to hold shower head to use it or squat down - not good) and that only two rings on the oven hob were working. This should make the experience for future guests better as the owner has said he will get this fixed. We also had to contact the owner to get the hot water on (quickly sorted but really this should be checked as "on" before guests arrive rather than needing phone messages and calls). The WiFi was not usuable - this was a let down. If these were being rated it would be a score of 4/10. Hence balance of 6/10 overall. The graffiti all over the walls and door of WC was unpleasant. An extractor fan and small sink would also make the toilet better. It was not always warn enough during the evenings of pur visit and as the thermostat is locked we were a little cold. The option of a plug in heater would have been goid. Other suggestions include new tea towels etc for kitchen and a declutter of lots of the random bits that are all over the apartment.

Ne a plăcut foarte mult curățenia,am găsit tot ce aveam nevoie,plăcut ,istoric, îngrijit,personalul foarte înțelegător!Ne am simțit foarte bine aici ,cu siguranță recomandăm și revenim!Cu respect Familie Brumari !Va mulțumim mult!

Die liebenswerte Fürsorge des Vermieters war genial, dafür danke nochmal . Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön zentral . Alles sauber und praktisch..Die Toilette ist künstlerisch sehr genial gestaltet ...Alles Top...

Gibt nix . 4.Stock ..da überlegt man jeden Gang ... Spaß, war alles klasse würd ich wieder nehmen

Tolle Lage, super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der einem zusätzlichen noch TIP's zum Parken und Restaurants gegeben hat. Alles sauber und entspannt...gern immer wieder!

Der Vermieter war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Gründerzeitgebäude in Hannovers historischem und lebendigem Stadtteil List. Die Anbindung an City und Bahnhof ist über den U-Bahn-Anschluss sehr gut. Die Fußgängerzone "Lister Meile" mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants liegt ganz in der Nähe.
