Loved my host, thoughtful, considerate and always answered calls or messages. . Much larger room than I expected and so easy to wash and hang out my clothes for drying.

Rose Cottage felt like a home away from home. Rose was was so welcoming and accommodating, she’s honestly a gem of a host.

Friendly hostest and inside parking. Braai facilities. Only one room so only privacy and exclusivity.

It only needed braai tongs. Nothing else to complain.

A walking distance to Harmanus City Centre and Waterfront (20 minutes walk, of course quicker if you drive) and very close to the beach ( 5 minute walk to Fick's Pool). .I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Cliff Path walk from Fick's Pool to Klein River Estuary. I always enjoy short visits to the beach, but this weekend was extraordinary. The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks, had a calming, soothing effect. The air I breathe rejuvenated the brain. The sounds of the sea birds and insects around the area was music to my ears. The sunrise and the sunset are exquisite..Fernkloof Nature Reserve is a 6 min away drive -God is great, God is good and God is love..The above specified attractions would have been missed if it wasn't for Rose's knowledge of the area..Such a welcoming with a dry sense of humor personality.Thank you for your assistance.. Unfortunately, there is nothing unlikable.. Rose can be a good traffic officer. .She's the good manual parking g assistant 😂😂 due to the small parking space ( enclosed parking - inside the yard).
