Hannover Messe Wohnung 2

Ужасно. Квартира убитая, хозяин не адекватный. Но если кто-то все-таки решится снять это жилье то будете осторожны с хозяином не чего не подписываете и не оставляйте ему копию ваших документов так как потом он будет с вас требовать деньги за не рабочию стиральную машину и придумает ещё что-то чтобы попытаться с вас выманить денег. Будьте осторожны !!!!

Location was superb for Messe, also shops and restaurants nearby. English speaking host. Price was good for the area. Balcony was good. Neighborhood was quite. Free parking in front of building. Potentially 4 single beds. Extra blankets and pillows were available in/under sofa-bed.

Slightly outdated, studio style room (so no seperate bedrooms), but was fine for us.

Business trip For IAA Exhibition. Just 20 minute walk to Exhibition Hall

No lift.

The localization is good. Around 10 min walk to Fair. But this is actually the only good thing I can tell about this property.

Walls are so thin you can hear all people from other flats. Bugs in the drain at bathroom. Loose wires hanging from wall. wallpaper falling off the wall. Awful smell.

The host was very friendly and communicated well throughout. My train was delayed and they were able to accommodate my late check-in. The accommodation is private, fully equipped, and cleaned to a high standard.

The only downside was that the Messe conference center main entrance was further away from the accommodation than I thought it was when looking at the map, as I was only able to enter via the north entrance. Therefore, if you prefer to walk to the center it ends up being a bit long.
