Amazing location, central to all activities, quaint streets and pubs in the old town of Hastings. comfortable bed, wonderful shower and view!!

Nothing to dislike!

Booked two nights, stayed one apartment freezing cold, radiator on after complaint too late, no refund, not happy.

My partner, my cat, and I spent the Easter bank holiday weekend at Master accommodation, and we were left very disappointed with the level of service provided. A couple of hours after checking into our room, we found a used condom wrapper under the bed – only inches away from where our cat was lying. I immediately messaged the accommodation to communicate our discovery as well as other maintenance issues, but to this day, I have never received a reply – despite them being very communicative in the lead-up to our stay. I, for obvious reasons, didn’t want to touch the condom wrapper, so it remained under our bed for the whole duration of our stay, which was disgusting to say the least. Considering that we spent over £100 per night and had to pay extra for our pet, we expected them to apologise and offer to clean up the wrapper at the very least. Cons: • The used condom wrapper left under the bed for the entirety of our stay, which was never cleaned or addressed. • The roller blinds in the room were broken and had to be manually rolled up and propped up to avoid falling. • Some of the towels provided had large holes in them. • Maintenance issues included a glass soap dispenser that wasn’t properly secured to the wall and would swing and drop dangerously, and a constantly leaking toilet. • The room’s layout was odd, with a non-load bearing wall protruding into the room, leaving very little space between the bed and the wall, making it uncomfortable to move around.

The bathroom was spacious and nicely done. • The accommodation’s location was excellent, just moments away from Hastings’ main attractions.

The TV didn’t work, it smelt of smoke when we arrived the blind was broken, needed a refresh paint wise. But the shower was great brilliant flow/pressure and location was 10/10
