Bright Apartment in the Heart of St Leonards

This apartment i would say is ok for 1 night only, no more than that.

The apartment wasnt clean enough for guest standards, there was dust everywhere. Bird poo on windows. There was mould in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom and shower was dirty, so was the plates and bowls. Couldnt watch tv as it wasnt working (no tv channels), wifi was abit slow. The parking was terrible.

location near to sea and event we were to attend

Very poor in terms of decor and finishes and beds too small, clear that insufficient cleaning inside and of windows, and unfinished work to correct holes in kitchen ceiling, damp patch in living room, hole in bath, poor completion on electric sockets in living room, some did not work, also no chairs to sit on and a sofa bed in living room really uncomfortable to sit on. No attention to detail. Did not like towels should stick to white not coloured as not sure of cleanliness.

Local to sea front and stuff to do

Tv didn’t work house wasn’t very clean nails hanging out the walls and one in floor plugs left open , front door handle wasn’t working and the pictures online are not the same as we got

Great location that’s close to grocery shops, St. Leonards train station and the seaside. Also, cozy atmosphere

When we arrived, the door handle for the bathroom was broken with loose screws. On one of the beds, there were dirt stains/patches on the pillows.

3 beds and 2 bathrooms

TV didn't work and no response from owner. No toilet roll holders. Steep stairs. Poor renovation work. Mattresses were not great. Nowhere to sit and eat. Even a small table and chairs would help.
