Quiet location, but close to bars and restaurants. Clear instructions for parking and access.

Stair rail, although attractive, impractical. Juts out in places, and made navigating the stairs with cases awkward. Drainage needs addressing, but landlord did mention this in introduction pack.

The location is perfect. Loved being in the High Street. Having parking was just brilliant. It made things so much easier. The host was very helpful, too.

The difficult external and internal stairs should be highlighted. We managed, but it wouldnt be possible for everyone. The banister with the jutting elbow really is tricky and could do with being altered. Some of the areas in the flat could do with a keener eye for detail on the cleaning front. And the oven trays need replacing or a deep clean. Having said that, it was OK for us. We just bought tin foil to use, instead. Also, I would come back to this flat again.
