Limpeza impecável, roupas de cama, tudo muito limpo. Parabéns para quem cuida da limpeza. Foi o apartamento mais limpa.

Foi um pouco complicado a parte de entrada no estacionamento apartamento.

Localização e espaço físico do imóvel

O atendimento eletrônico da portaria é péssimo, demorado. Dos três chuveiros existentes apenas um esquentava a água.
