Modern house in central St Leonards

Spacious apartment in a great location only a few minutes from the sea front and less than 10 minutes stroll from the train station. Apartment was clean and well equipped

Strange decision to have glass bricks between the bathroom and the master bedroom which meant using the bathroom light during the night would disturb anyone else in the main bedroom. No real outside space to speak of and if all 4 apartments were occupied with cars parked in the courtyard there was nowhere really to sit outside. Access to the aforementioned courtyard was somewhat tight and some may have difficulty parking at the property, particularly in a larger vehicle

Much more spacious than I expected, perfect location very close to the sea, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds

Houses weren't numbered so not initially obvious which one was house number 2

Love location and lovely walks. Old Town was very quaint. Bed was comfortable.

Where do I start. The cold water tank was so very loud when filling up. Which seems all the time as the toilet is constant over flowing. The shower was just a pain. It took forever to get warm, never got hot. Mixer taps don't work so shower only, so every time you shower you get a freezing cold arm of water. The utensil in the kitchen was so poor, no potatoe masher, had to do it by fork. Hot water for washing up never got hot enough. The fire doors reminded me of being in an office, horrible things. Black mould around sink and bath. That's just poor cleaning. No where to put rubbish. Couldn't use the bin as lid won't close, so constantly reminded of curry I had two nights ago. No external bins, actually brought my rubbish home. Shame with a little thought and effort could be a nice get away. I won't be returning.

It should be made clear in the property description that the oven does not work. The car parking at the property is difficult, particularly when all four car parking spaces are in use - there was a lack of on street parking nearby

it was very clean and looked after , lots of space and friendly people .
