I like everything,very nice apartment,quiet neighborhood, good public transport connections, 24-hour store nearby. Very helpful host, responds quickly to every query.

Pleasant single-room apartment on the second floor (building has a lift) north of the city, very close to tram lines, about a 20-min tram ride from the city centre. Park nearby. Underground car park available for no extra charge.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was very cosy. The owner was very easy to communicate with helpful and responsive. It's in between two supermarkets which are handy. The tram is 1 minute walk and takes about ten minutes to the city centre. There's a washing machine too. There were lovely books of helsinki left on the table with things to do.

Apartment is in great location. Near bus stop , Tram and Convenience stores. Stayed here is very convenient, with parking available for small cars. The accommodation is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the building includes a lift, making it even more comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully provided, ensuring a truly pleasant stay. Jukka is exceptionally friendly, always eager to help, and delivers excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again!

The parking may not be suitable for those with large vehicles.

The apartment was very comfortable, warm and cosy and had everything I needed for my 6 day stay in Helsinki. I felt like I was living like a local and not just another tourist. The supermarket and the tram were only 2 mins walk away.

The map provided on the desk was clear and very easy to understand, which was helpful for navigating around. The cleanliness of the room was good, with everything spotless and well-maintained. :) Heating system worked perfectly and kept the room warm!

The power outlet next to the bed was already in use, so I couldn’t charge my smartphone by the bedside while sleeping. The carpet seemed to need a bit more cleaning.

Nice and spacious aparment directly from its owner. Very good equipped room, kitchen and also bathroom. Little bit outside of city center, but the price matched for it. Near the apartment is supermarket 24/7, public transport 200m, many green parks around. We arrived by air and public transport, but there are possible parking for cars too. Owner was very friendly and explained everything to us after arriving to the place. Overall we were fully satisfied and can recommend this accommodation for everyone else ;-)

For us is bedding too soft and warm, but this depends on your needs, someone wants it, someone not :) Important is, that this is NOT a problem, just reminder :-) If we will visit Helsinki again, we definitelly will come here again! ;-)
