A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property in advance if you plan to arrive after 22:00. If the late check-in is not confirmed in advance then the property will apply a late check-in fee. Please note that this apartment is accessible by stairs only and is located on the third floor. Please note that cash, cheques and Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers are accepted methods of payment at this property.
