The resort was nice

The fridge didn't work properly as result we had to throw away food. The soap was limited for the dishes. No hand towel. Only realised on the day that there is no bath towel available. They provided 1 black bag we had to buy another cause we were a group of 6. Were not advised some of the lights work during loadshedding we had to figure it out ourselves.

I work remotely, the fact that there was no wifi . But otherwise the stay was pleasant

Easy

I didn't like that when I entered there was a damp dirty smell to the place. Was so many rules. Hated that I had to pay a breakage deposit 3 days before arriving but it wasn't even returned to me on my departure day. I complained about the smell. Just to fine old mouldy cutting boards in a drawer. Which hasn't been cleaned for months. I was told the cleaning company would be notified. Nobody came. If that is the type of quality and service provided to paying customers I will never recommend this place to any one. There wasn't even a welcome. I had to ask for my code and was told oh sorry I forgot about you. I expected better from hermanus. Already broken crockery in a cupboard. The crockery wasn't even a set. The fridge wasn't even working because all our food went off in it. I really had an awful stay. Dreaded having to sleep. Tried staying out as late as possible to avoid actually being in that place. And the managing staff wasn't even polite.

everything was fine it just we didn't have a mop in our house...so we must borrow at the neighbors.

The location was great.

The TV and dstv remote batteries were damaged. The tv therefore didn't work.The agent replaced with the incorrect batteries. The bathroom mats were in a poor condition. The microwave was rusted inside. The stove had to be switched off at the main switch. One of the panels on top of the blinds fell off as the velcro is worn. A photo was sent to the agent.
