Beds made up as singles when advertised as 1 double 2 singles.

Spacious and Airy. Nice blend of indoor outdoor living with courtyard garden. Private entrance Lovely, Cosy style. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. Within walking distance to the sea. Crockery was lovely, Gas stove very convenient.

Onsight gated parking is not favourable especially not for larger vehicles. It was a tight nervous squeeze each time as compensation had to be made for owners vehicle and to ensure that the gate closed. The space for parking is compact. Extra blankets were absent, and no gas in the gas heater. It was a cold weekend especially at night. One single sized blanket on the bed was not sufficient. Extra throws or blankets in the empty cupboards would have been great. The towels were not the best quality,soiled and off color..

The light colored decor

The Host was hostile, invasive and threatening. This property is misrepresented as it does not have adequate accessibility or parking on the property. The car parking is tiny, you cannot open a hatchback boot and it blocks the entrance to the long pathway to the front door. There is no wheelchair accessibility. It is a basement apartment with dangerous access. It’s too narrow for a wheelchair, has two flights of stairs, is on a downward slope with loose bricks on the path surface. Health and safety standards at this property are poorly managed with exposed loose electrical wiring, dangerously unstable tables, grime cover shower curtains, poorly function gas appliances and on arrival a broken toilet. Every sound, conversation and movement the host and her guests make upstairs is clearly audible in the apartment. The kitchen is inadequate as it has only 2 tiny hot plates which operate one at a time and no space for dry food storage. There are no BBQ utensils. So unless the customers are eating out and staying only a couple of nights, this property is not sustainable for a long stay.

A spacious guest house with too bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room. The kitchen is well equipped. Fast WiFi. Parking place behind the gate. The guest house is located in the calm "sleeping quarter" of Hermanus, about 10 minutes drive to the center of the town. It is close to the Grotto beach and Fernkloof nature reserve,
