The location of the house was very close to most amenities

Load shedding, it would be ideal to invest on purchasing an inventor or generator load shedding is not cool at all especially when you are on holiday.

luxurious room with all modern facilities.

Bath-room (of master bed-room) should be renovated. I got head injury from Glassdoor at night when I entered the toilet during load-shading time .

Did not eat breakfast

Reception did not have our Reservation. Blamed it on the Manager. Had to use my confirmation docs to solve the problem. No compensation for delay of an hour in getting keys.
