L’emplacement: loin du parking. La propreté: le personnel faisait le ménage à mon arrivée. À la va vite,

Location was convenient, pool was great and access to beach. Apartment was okay? washing machine was good. The complex was very nice.

Host was extremely unhelpful, didn't send me the QR code before arrival so we had a hold up at the El Gouna gate and no one would respond to calls. There was no soap and it took them 3 days of repetitively asking each day to bring us soap. No shampoo or conditioner, it was empty. Beds were not comfortable and the rooms were small, particularly the bathroom it was extremely tiny and very slippery after use. The jacuzzi was cold the whole time and they did not fix it when we told them (if they even could, we believe it was an indoor jacuzzi). The apartment does not have a lift so you have to walk up four flights of stairs and on check out we asked them to arrange someone to help us with the bags and they said they would then arrived almost an hour later than agreed and we had already gone by then.
