Luxury @ the Ocean

I absolutely loved when I opened the closet that there was a camping cot with a matrass for my baby. It made the sleepover so much relaxing. The apartment was clean and extremely neat. My son loved the bunk beds and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The only thing I did not like was the road leading to the apartment (the industrial area). However, the host gave a instruction manual and road outlay which helped us avoid certain streets which we appreciate.

Place was nice with a lovely ocean view. Hosts response was good.

Nothing really as we only stayed for 1 night.

The unit was perfect for my family!

Beautiful pictures of the unit but a great let down when we arrived. The unit was not at all clean. The curtains and blinds had a dirt or mold on them. Windows were dirty Outside area was dirty Floors - could not walk on them before we swept - gritty

Felt secure given the location. It was clean and you could hear and smell the ocean

The location, its in the industrial part of town.

To find the house

This was just a one-night stopover en-route to the wine lands. The apartment has all the facilities you might need. I would consider this top-end of a mid-range property - it isn’t what you might call luxury. But the facilities within the apartment are all great and it appears to have had a bit of a recent refurb. For example the bathroom is newly decorated and tiled. The beds are ok but a bit hard (personal taste i guess as some prefer a harder mattress). The security staff were great.

Not located in a particularly great area. A 10/15 minute drive into Hermanus centre Located very close to a township but the property and grounds felt very safe.
