The service is very bad, no one to talk with, they gave us a phone number for emergencies that doesn't answer. We had a flood in the apartment water was everywhere in the kitchen and no one was picking up the emergency phone number which was provided, we had to infomrn El Gouna management in order to take action and stop the flood in the apartment. When we asked at first for wifi number we were getting wrong access and then phone was switched off so don't believe that there is wifi in the apartment or maybe there is but useless as you will get the password to access it and the password mentioned there is actually wrong. The only good thing is the location. Also we heard there a lot of complaints about this property management company from other guests. Read reviews carefully and I hope the property management will care more about their guests. I only heard from them on the checkout day when they asked me to throw away the rubbish, regardless the fact that cleaning was included in the price, but we threw it away anyway.

Amazing apartament, great location, close to the beach, lovely quiet compound

It was realy hard to communicate with the company managing the apartment. Very anoying experience. We got all entrance codes long after arrival, check out was denied too due the communication issues. That could be improved for mutual comfort

The pool

The owner deducted 5000 LE for insurance and my son disassembled something in the living room and he asked for a 2000 LE to fix it, which is ridiculous. Anyways I agreed but he never returned the 3000 LE from my insurance. I've tried to contact them for 4 days and they keep promising to pay it, and nothing yet

Was really perfect stay!!apartment clean and comfortable!! Loacation right on the beach..Y can chose one from 4!! Accomodation proces was really verry smart and comfortable!! I apartment are all equipment what y need.. Laydy who was responsible about it was jus perfect-all answers we get in a sec!! Soo!higly recomending and definetely would like to come back to stay a bit longer!

Location and the facilities in the apartment. Also, I was impressed by the support team during my stay as they provided swift services all the time.

Just minor mosquitos here and there that required better clean up.
