Nothing. It was dirty. The fridge was not clean. I hurt my foot on the table footing as the entire table top was not secured and the table leg moved. I was trying to get my footing but when the table moved, I hit my foot against it and fell.

Unsafe table. Could not use the table as the top was not secure. I fell and hurt my foot because of it. The fridge and bathroom were dirty. The blinds were broken. Could not roll it up. Insufficient beds. Fridge was dirty.

Location was suitable for our needs.

Parking area did not seem very safe and we were worried about being blocked in. Dirty bed linen Only one toilet roll for 5 people for 2 nights. Shower mouldy. Kitchen and floors dirty Looked tired, not like the photos

"We were discusted that this appartment could charge So much and and have a £200 BOND it should Not"

Had to keep ringning them from Hearthrow as I could not get the email. I told them that I would have no contact as I was flying in from Gibralta at 14:30. And still had no idea of the number for the looked box, i needs to be at the AirPort for WiFi connection at 14:30. And would be at the property by 15:00 …. Took me 3 attempts to get them to verbally give time the number whilst at Heathrow AirPort

As soon as We Walked in I saw a BROKEN. PANEL OF GLASS ON THE glas door which DID NOT even SHUT. thenI saw a hole in the wall by the curtain Rod … a cracked Tile by kitchen lights, a Huge chip in the Bath …. So I RANG THEM STRAIGHT AWAY TO,COMPLAIN of the issues andsent PHOTOS,!,,They Said , if you dont like it. You can Find somewhere Else l and We Will re emburse you … We are Two 70 yr. Olds and it was almost 5 pm bybthe time We rang them … not a good time to go and Find SOMEWHERE ELSE IN LONDON !!!!! Oh and thereafter founfd the OVEN WAS FILTHY AS WAS THE PANS INSIDE AND THE OVEN DOOR DISCUSTING could NOT use OVEN Äand the bread BOARD HAD MILDEW ON IT… not Tea TOWELS or Dish cloths tomwash dispens. Had to use the naturområden hand Towel! Taps in Åshower were BOTH RUNNING BOILING HOT WATER ONLY. therefore unable to shower…,
