"Exceptional"

Great flat. Great Owner. We decided to stay this flat one night and wanted to rent not far from center of Helsinki. Eventually we are glad location. This flat very clean, convenient. I recommend this place

Very good location, in walking distance to and from bus and train station. Wifi excellent. Small supermarket nearby and a very good Nepalese restaurant a bit further down the road. Detailed info on how to get the key etc. was very helpful.

The studio is nice if you like student accomodation type room. Everything is there, but a bit too compact/cramped.

This studio flat was perfect for our stay. A small grocery store is on the next block (open from 7am to midnight), coffee and pastry shop on the same block (great pulla with tables inside and outside), scooters and bikes always close by. A park on the next block, with bus and train stations within walking distance. Cozy flat on the second floor. Flat had everything we needed for a 3 week stay. Responsive host who was helpful, kind, and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. My 6'2" son fit well in the loft bed. Stove and oven worked well and the hot water was quick to come from the tap. The toilet and the shower are in separate spaces which was perfect for us and probably saved us from morning arguments. Felt very safe in this area. Would stay in this flat again for long or short term stay. The internet was strong and the washer and dryers in the building had a sign up sheet for use. We never had to wait to us the washer and dryers. This area is not too busy and noisy, but it is in the city so it is not quiet either. We live in a city so we are used to city noise. However, after 10pm it was pretty quiet in the building and the streets around the building. Flat is in a secured building and easy to get in and out of the building through the doors. I really enjoyed the courtyard in the middle of all the flats. There was a table and chairs available with fresh flowers. We used a fan and the window was open most of the time for us since we stayed in July and August 2022. Did not use the heat or sauna in the building, nor did we access any parking.

The kitchen cutting knives need to be sharpened.
