"Very good value for money"

Very nice apartment, very modern and pretty. We really liked the furniture, especially the bed (exceptional mattress).

Bathroom could use a small upgrade. It's little far from the center.

The building was in a quiet place close to the city center and close to the lake. The house was very comfortable, modern, clean, and very spacious. It was better than expected. I would highly recomend to the others. If going back ti Ioannina, I would absolutely choose the same home (feeling like home) to stay.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything a guest may need. The interior design is modern and the location is quiet. Parking was not a problem, we had plenty of space near the building.

It could have a couple of relaxing lights, in case someone wants to spend a quiet evening in it.
