Christine's Golden Suite at Ioannina's Center

The host was very friendly, and helped with everything we needed The apartment was clean and comfortable, and very well observed. There is a private parking for the apartment (note that the parking is not so big so it was a bit challenging with a 7 seats big car).

The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable for 2 kids to share. In my opinion the apartment is perfect for 4 adults and maximum 1 child to sleep on the sofa while it is closed.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ γουστόζικο, με θέα της λίμνης των Ιωαννίνων. Λίγα μόλις λεπτά με τα πόδια, από τη λίμνη και τα υπόλοιπα αξιοθέατα. Η Χριστίνα και η Ειρήνη που μας υποδέχθηκε, ευγενέστατες και πρόθυμες να μας βοηθήσουν, σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Όσο για την κυρία Κατερίνα που καθαρίζει το διαμέρισμα, άψογη στη δουλειά της και πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος. Ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύμματα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί και σίγουρα θα ξαναεπισκεφθούμε, αν περάσουμε από τα Ιωάννινα! Κυρίες μου, σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς!🙏❤️

Probably the best appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery plates cups glasses basic supplies of tea, coffee sugar and gadgets like coffee makers, kettle, toaster, dishwasher et cetera.

Nothing

The property was exactly as described, really convenient for people wanting to explore the city’s center and the nearby sightseeings, spacious with a nice view and all the amenities a family might need. The parking spot is a big plus as well. A big shout out to Mrs Eirini for her being a great host and to Mrs Katerina for keeping the place spotless.

The host, Irene was super nice, ready to help with every question. The flat is spacious, located in the center, near everything, the place is clean and equipped well.

Microwave us missing

The apartment was very homely, clean, well furnished and equipped. The underground parking space has a lift from the car park up to 3rd floor apartment. One of our party has walking difficulty but arriving by car, you can stop close to the front door without any steps into the property. The lift door is close to the entry door. The apartment door is close to the lift door. If arriving by car you pass the front door on your way to underground car park. The owner will meet you with a key to operate the entry bar which is closed to stop non guests from entering the garage.

The apartment is described as having 2 bathrooms. However there is only one bathroom (with bathtub, shower, WC and handbasin, washing machine). There is a separate toilet which just has a WC and handbasin. So the correct description should be ONE bathroom plus a separate cloakroom or WC. It was not too inconvenient for us because the other couple sharing with us only stayed 2 nights. However, having searched for apartment with 2 bed and 2 bathrooms we were surprised to find only one actual bathroom.
