⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at the 2-bedroom apartment in Al Andalos Compound, Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and located in a great area that offered both relaxation and convenience. Special thanks to Engy Atef for her outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and continuous support throughout my stay. She was highly responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in until departure. The overall experience exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sahl Hasheesh. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Very dishonest host. From the beginning was very uncooperative. First of all no one came with us to present the apartment, so they can show everything is in order. When you ask for deposit, you come and present the place. When the guest leaves, you come to inspect the place to make sure everything is ok,no one came.We were waiting for 3 days for an iron, second shower was hazardous, i have video to prove it. On the 4th day she asked for deposit to be paid cash,which we did although we find it very strange. We paid at the reception/security and we got no receipt back, we were told we will receive it by WhatsApp, never did. T.V not working, oven not working, the furniture in the living room was damaged then she said we damaged from the incence. Couldn't be more not true, the furniture was damaged since last year,the clients said so on previous reviews. When we call her,she will not answer, she would respond only when I send her email through Booking.com When we left the place,we call her to get the deposit back,she would not answer. We call her from an unknown number the next day,then she answer, she said she will send the deposit in the evening, it never happened. After 2 days she said we will not get the deposit back because 2 plastic chairs, the bedroom ceiling was damaged. Completely wrong. The chairs were of plastic, I even fall down on my first morning when having my coffee, because they were under the sun for so long, most probably the plastic bended due to heat. The ceiling already with clear tape for tapind balloons when we came,we even had a joke saying someone had a really good time. The host wanted to get some money from us to cover for the expenses. When she saw I put the bad review, she told my husband to remove it,otherwise we will not get our deposit back. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. We NEVER-EVER had such on awful experience. We never left bad reviews, but this host doesn't deserve to let things go. Booking.com was notified.

things are horrible till this moment! 1- This is an Egyptian property and the fees appears in the local Egyptian currency in booking app, however when i booked the room, surprisingly found the amount deducted in dollars currency which cost me 10% more than thr price based on Egyptian transaction policies. 2- when i arrive, a couple of hours ago, i found the Air Conditioner is not working in the two bed rooms and weather nowadays in Egypt is very hot with no chance to stay without air conditioner, tried to call the contact person to fix the situation, but she’s not cooperative and suddenly she stopped answering me. So i tried to contact the owner of the unit, he said someone will contact me shortly to explain. Then i found the uncooperative person calling me and said: this is the capacity of the air conditioner and if i have a problem i can leave the unit and she will refund the amount. ( should i ruin my vacation because of a mistake that’s not mine?????) 3- there’s a damage in the sealing and i have no idea if it stable and safe or not, tried to report this also to the coordinator but she’s not welling to help. 4- the unit in booking app mentioned that the unit has a view, but unfortunately i found a concrete building view. 5- The swimming pool is almost dirty with no enough seats. Please advise.

Water flows from all devices in the cabin, drains very poorly, and repairs can be expected in a couple of days. View from the window on the desert. Nearby is a building that creates an unforgettable atmosphere of dust on the balcony and noise until late at night. A refrigerator with a built-in fan creates a unique noisy atmosphere in the living room. A minimal set of dishes without a cutting board. Despite all the shortcomings, the apartments leave a pleasant impression. Most likely I would recommend the accommodation...
