Amazing location next to the beach jomas str

Location was great. House was also modern & clean.

There was only 3 real beds, so 2 slept on living room sofa beds. This specific house didn't have a balcony although the pics had it (=pics are from multiple appartments in the same building).

Property advertised roof terrace. We did not know how or if we had access. No instructions or key Owner gave pretty good instructions oh how to access apartment, but door to exit had a twisting latch, which we tried to use. We tried it, and key for about 20 minutes. We were locked in. There was, what we thought was a light switch by the side of the door. Which turned out to activate the door. We were lucky that someone else knew to tell us this. I was about to call the police, because we did not know how to get out. Light in small bedroom did not work Place was really, really clean, but when I opened the refrigerator it stalled very strongly like salami.

I complained about: The late (15:26)receival via whatsapp of the code to check in the house, so It is a pity that I could only check in after 15:26, while this should be possible from 15:00. the apartment: The water in the shower and kitchen is far from hot. It is warm but not hot. too cold to shower or do the dishes. The shower door does not close properly, so the water ends up on the floor out side the shower. The lid of the trash can in the shower next to the toilet is broken, so it does not work and there is no plastic bag in it. The thing in the sink in the kitchen does not drain the water so it stays in the sink One lamp in the living room does not work. There are stains on the cushions that indicate a lack of hygiene. the crane in the kitchen is not tight on the sink, it gives you the feeling that it will be loose in the future. The housemanager never contacted me or came to the house to check it and inform me. Booking.com was also keeping me on a line by saying that the housemanger was informed and telling me at my last dat that the housemanager was working hard to solve the problem. And i was already showering and doing dishes for three days in this cold water and with the defect sink closer and lose crane. My advise will be to look for another location. Instead of enjoying my stay i was getting more stress out of this whole situation. I felt that they didn,t take my complain serious.

Terrace sum beds broken table on terrace broken.

Great location in the Jurmala’s main tourist area but peaceful in the night time. Large rooms and huge sunny balcony. Very clean! The host was helpful and easy to connect with.

The balcony furniture should be replaced: table was missing the central glass and sun beds were a little broken, so we didn’t use them. Chairs were ok.

Roller blinds let the light through so you wake up when the sun goes up.
