The house under the rocks of Meteora 1

Cozy and friendly!

We loved being so close to the huge rocks of Meteora. The accommodation is walking distance from the centre of Kalambaka and the train/bus stations. A peaceful, clean, beautiful place to stay - and we appreciated the aircon! Rooms were a great size too. Big enough for a family with three kids at least.

Great location with parking. The apartment was very clean and cute with a balcony view of the rock formations.

The place is located on the outside of the city, out of the busy area. But you can still walk to the centre where there are plenty of restaurants. It is clean and has everything you need, it has plenty of space. It was also easy to find with the directions we got.

Everything was perfect

We loved the location - a quiet, comfortable neighborhood with an amazing view from the small terrace. The apartment was modern, spotless, and well-equipped for everything we needed. Parking was available right across the house, on the street. Plus, it was just a short walk to local restaurants and about 10 minutes from the town center.

We only wish we had stayed longer.

Loved the location. Basic kitchen facilities (no microwave or oven) but enough to get by comfortably. Also very close to local restaurants and super market. Could walk from here up to Holy Trinity in 40 minutes. Highly recommend this walk. Also in summer you could easily walk to Sunset Peak to avoid the traffic. We were warm and comfortable.

Google maps isn’t quite right. It’s a bit further up the hill. Maybe a photo of the whole house would help for the check in instructions.
