Wow…. This place was huge and very nice! King size bed on main floor was fantastic and the huge bathroom downstairs was fabulous! We also liked the bathroom on the main floor and the 3 extra beds downstairs (queen, full, and twin ) was fantastic for a big family. Only a 10 minute walk from the bus station. They were also very accommodating and let us store our luggage in their office after we checked out.

I can’t think of anything negative. Overall, it was wonderful!

Front door glass should have a blind People walking past you see their shadow.

Size of bedrooms, location, how clean it was Large bathroom shower and very comfortable beds with cotton sheets and nice kitchen area and free secure car parking right a cross from the apartment.

Nothing everything was terrific

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were surprised by how big the apartment was. The apartment is also in the center which makes it very easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. It was a lovely stay!

Modern, clean & friendly staff

Location with fantastic view behind it! A lot of space for 4+ guests, all necessary things included - even coffee machine and washing machine. A lot of good cafes and shops located, Sklaventis supermarket is also near. Parking! Huge advantage of Oikion is constant marked place on guarded parking. Located in 50 meters across the central road

Some problems with fans in bathrooms, they are hung out of their places and didn’t work properly. Ventilation on -1 level poor, we had to open the door and use AC. Also important for families with children barrier on ladder at -1 level has lateral gap on last 3 stairs, and our daughter use it for climbing upstairs. Unfortunately, we had very loud neighbors, we heard some sounds at late evening and night even in -1 level. Just FYI: Oikion located on central street of Kalampaka, so when we stayed here 22-23 of September, national dance festival were held. Central street was closed for approximately 1 hour, festival started exactly on the square in front of Home, and approach to parking was also prohibited.
