Meteora Mandras House

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a several-day visit. There’s an attention to detail here that makes all the difference, crisp white sheets beautifully embroidered, the tasteful choice of colors, cheerful lighting, and polished fixtures. Everything feels brand new. The hosts Chris and Chrissa went above and beyond in welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable. We became good friends with them, and we are eager to return for future vacations. We’ve traveled for months and this was without any doubt our favorite stay out of dozens during our trip.

The property is in an excellent location, brand new and super comfortable. Great shower pressure and hot water. AC and heating worked extremely well. Beds were new and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and left us some delicious homemade treats. They provided water as well. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby- it is 1/2 block from main street of the town. Kitchen is small but has everything.

their is no real living space inside besides the bedrooms, and a very small kitchen. you have to sit outside pretty much if you want space. it was cold during our visit. beds were very firm.

Everything was perfect. Cristos is the owner. He was spectacular, kind, amazing, the best! I am going to come back with my children. There is enough room for four or five persons. Very clean. With private parking. No noisy at all but close to everywhere by walking distance. In one word: PERFECT. I am from Spain and I went with my husband for one night to see Meteora. Cristos made us comfortable the stay. Go!!!!!

Good location with parking facilities. The apartment was clean with kitchen facilities with welcome drinks and sweets. The host was very friendly.

Our hosts welcome and kindness was incredible; they facilitated our transport back to the station and offered all sort of useful advice. We had home made presents awaiting for us (little bottles of local drinks, sweets and fruits from their orchard). The property was fantastic for resting after a long day traveling and visiting the Meteora Monasteries: comfortable, very quiet, perfect temperature, pristine, with blinds to stop the sun light from waking us up too early and right next to the central street of Kalambaka, with all the restaurants, shops and other amenities.

Nothing could have been better for a 1 night stay.
