It’s clean and got very nice interior. Just the wall can repair it for the future. I think the overall is good.

The last room is smelly. Assuming it’s near to the sewer I don’t know. Maybe can improve on that.

The check in process is fast and good

The check in time and check out time. The toilet is clogged.
