Tasos House

Great location, comfortable for a family free parking

All good.

Easy autonomous check in and out, the host sent the detailed instructions before hand. The apartment is super nice, has an even better view with a huge balcony, just like the photos show. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, wifi worked well. You can even see one of the monasteries (with binoculars better) from the living room. Big public (free) parking lot just next to the building.

We took the apartment for 3 adults so the sofa being transformed into a bed took the space that would be necessary for a dining table, the was a tiny table cramped in the kitchen. The coffee machine is very used and not working properly anymore.

First of all the view is STUNNING. The house was exceptionally clean and this style (vintage) was perfect for the scene. Communication great and the spot right on center of the village . 100% recommend!

Tasos House was about a 1min walk off the main busy road, and so it felt very safe and quiet in a residential block. It is right next to a large free outdoors public carpark, and parking was never a problem. The view was amazing, situated on thr 3rd floor (some steps to climb but nothing compared to hiking the monastries haha) you get 270 degrees view on the spacious balcony to see all of Meteora's highlights right in front of you. There are clean and comfortable outdoor tables & chairs to have your meals/drinks as well to make full use of the gorgeous scenery that I could never tire of. The kitchen was fine, kettle was tiny (enough for 1 cup) but otherwise the oven and other utensils were good to make a good meal. We appreciated the jelly sweets and little cookies that Tasos left for us ;) Bathroom and bedroom were clean and homely.

Great location, amazing views of Meteora from the balcony!

The bed was quite still and pretty uncomfortable. The bed could have benefitted from additional pillows (there were extra in the closet, but no pillow cases) and some sort of comforter or quilt (there was only a top sheet provided on the bed and heavy blankets in the closet). Also, the bedroom was extremely hot, even in late September when temperatures in the evening were as low as 18 C.

If you want to be a part of this magical place and get energized and admire this view throughout your stay you just really have to stay at this house ..you can't imagine what it feels like to be surrounded by the rocks and the monasteries, seeing them from every window ..they are in front of you and lit up in the evening while you drink a glass of good wine on the unique terrace .. you feel like you are in the world of miracles and the day has no end ..you are steel there .. in the holy places wondering who the people were who created all this, whose paths we stepped on today after so much time ..highly recommend this place..and the host is great, responsive, endlessly caring and hospitable😇

Great location with parking in the city center. Lovely apartment with a beautiful view. Great host, great communication. Highly recommend!
