The property was modern and new.

A little bit far from the main strip of kalamata, but did say so in the summary of the booking. However slightly dangerous. 1. The stairs of the maisonette are black with no railing, at night it can be dangerous for those who want to go to the bathroom 2. There is a net as shown in the photo, it did have space for a upstairs bathroom or, walk-in closet Not recommended with families with small children

Comfortable and proper equipped lofts. We have rented 4 lofts for 6 days. We were very satisfied with the size and comfortness. Modern designed and equipped. We also used the common area at the rooftop during the night.

Newly built property and very clean! Very modern - looked like it was straight out of a magazine! Host was very responsive. She was often on the property keeping the place tidy. Has an elevator, great rooftop and a gym in the basement. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and would definitely book here again. Very close to the city centre. Beach was 800m away so a 15-20min walk. Coffee shop and bakery around the corner. I give it a 5 star!

We liked everything! Its a gorgeous and very modern loft. The owners Katerina and Fotini were so responsive and wonderful to deal with! It is close enough to walk to the beach as well. It was also in walking distance to local bakeries & coffee shops to get some food/drinks as well. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop terrace. It was a perfect way to end the night and have dinner outside with our group of friends with a gorgeous view of Kalamata! Thank you Katerina and Fotini!!
