Very peaceful rooftop and superb view. Location central with beach, old town, bus station and new town all within 15-25 walking distance. Supermarket just around corner. Quiet residential block and safe for solo traveller. Old style decor, but homely and everything you need for cooking etc. Very comfortable bed.

I have stayed here several times and it is my favourite place to stay now in Kalamata. The location is great - within walking distance of good super markets and all you need for a comfortable stay. It just has (for me at least) a really relaxed feel to it. It isn’t fancy or luxury but it is very comfortable and I like it. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back! The bed is so comfortable too - I always sleep really well there.

Loved the rooftop view!!!!! Perfect location: a short walk to the beach and the city center. Clean. Quiet.Comfortable bed and pillows! Super friendly host, with excellent and prompt communication. Absolutely loved this place. I wish we could have stayed longer. We loved Kalamata, what a charming and peaceful city. We would definitely stay here again!!! This place is a gem for sure!

Maybe, an extra quilt for second bed. A kitchen towel for hands and dishes. Really nothing major. We loved this place!

A fantastic apartment right in the heart of Kalamata. Near to everything you could possibly need- beach, old town, new town. The host couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel so welcome.

Everything was perfect.

Superb place to stay within easy walking distance of both the centre of town and the beach area. Parking was easy enough in the nearby streets and the owner was very helpful with a couple of minor problems I had not associated with the stay. I'd recommend to stay there again.

Dimosthenis met me and made sure I had my keys and then accompanied me up to the apartment. It is really cosy and I loved that it was on the roof of the building with so much space to sit outside and enjoy the views. I found it very comfortable - the mattress, pillows and bedding were excellent quality and I slept very well. Also, the location is close to the centre of Kalamata so everything you need is only a short walk away. Plenty of hot water and all the utensils you need to make meals, a kettle, toaster and coffee maker. And Dimosthenis is such a lovely host. Nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed my stay so much I stayed a further 3 nights at the end of my holiday. I would recommend this apartment if you like traditional accommodation with marble floors, high ceilings and great views! I will definitely book again. Thank you.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great. Just a suggestion to provide cleaning products (floor cleaner, bleach, maybe washing powder). Personally, I clean the accommodation during and at the end of my stay but I don’t want to be buying big bottles of products. It was good to have use of a mop and bucket.
