Siisti, hyvä varustelutaso keittiössä. Sijainti keskeinen.

Huoneistossa mahtuu yöpymään max 5 ihmistä mukavasti. Makuuhuoneet ovat tosi pienet, ja niissä ei ole vaatteille ja matkatavaroille säilytystilaa. Majoituskokemus olisi paljon parempi, jos huoneistoon saisi henkarikaappitilaa, ja huoneisiin naulakoita ja hyllytilaa ettei tavarat loju siellä täällä.
