The view was picture perfect. The accommodation was like brand new and clean as a whistle. The hosts supplied an amazing array of foods for breakfast.

The view is incredible - right at the top of the mountain overlooking Kalamata. Our host left some delicious snacks for us on arrival which was just what we felt like after a long drive (breads, olives, fruit, olive oil). We really appreciated this. The self-serve breakfast weas also perfect. Our room was just as described and met our needs perfectly.

Nothing really. Just a word of caution for other guests, with the location at the top of the hill, you absolutely need a car. Also, it started to rain slightly just before we arrived which made the road slippery and we struggled to get the car up the hill due to lack of traction. Our host advised a less steep route which avoided that issue.

pay attention: the breakfast is not offered. The host will do shopping for you with products that will not necessary meet your expectations and preferences. Especially bread was disappointing (bread/bakery with long expiration date). The breakfast you're supposed to prepare on your own. Pity that Booking.com does not distinguish between real breakfast offered by hotel/host or one that you need to do on your own. For me what we got there was not a "breakfast" but "shopping of food".

The place is in great shape and appears brand new. The view was fabulous and the food provided in the fridge and gift basket were amazing!

Excellent location. The view overlooking the bay is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and come with all the necessary amenities. The fireplace provides excellent heating and woods are supplied everyday. The fridge is full of all the goodies you need to prepare breakfast. So are the baskets that contain different types of bread, fruits, jam etc. Three different types of coffee are on offer! The rooms are super clean making the stay even more enjoyable. Although Kalamata is only a few minutes drive away you get the feeling of a relaxing isolation. Staff are super friendly, helpful and discreet. Overall, you get a really luxurious stay.

Driving up the hill through narrow and steep roads might be a bit scary but after a while you get the knack of it and is not a problem.

The view from the apartment was amazing and apartment was very comfortable and felt like home during the time we spent in Greece. Great hosts that were really helpful and had eyes for our needs eg they replaced a pillow with a smaller one that worked better. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We were there during off season and not many restaurants were open I walking distance.
