Large modern apartment with tonnes of supplies provided and all the facilities needed for a family stay. Great location with beach, mini-markets, bakery, car-hire and dozens of local restaurants just at hand. Lovely host - very welcoming and helpful.

It is beautiful, spacious, new apartments of modern design. There is everything that a family with children might need for comfortable living. Not far from the apartments there are two large shopping centers, several car rental offices, and several good cafes within walking distance. If you have come to Kalamata not only for a beach holiday, and intend to rent a car, then a special convenience of these apartments is the availability of a free parking space. Having your own car in Kalamata is a big plus, as you will probably want to find a beach that suits you and visit historically significant places in the Peloponnese. And public transport in Kalamata is very limited. The host is a wonderful, friendly and witty person, ready to help you if any problem arises. My whole family was delighted with the rental of this apartment. Thanks to the owners and Booking.com for the recommendation.

Super clean, very spacious and modern.

The property is very spacious and beautifully finished with everything that you need. The large balcony is wonderful! The location so great very close to the marina with lovely restaurants and close to Kalamata beach.

Beds are slightly hard but I think that is personal preference!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped! It is close to the beach (walking distance), the super market and the city center. The owners are very kind and helpful! We had a great stay!

Noise from the balcony. No issues inside when you close the windows. We stayed for 7 nights, So, an extra pair of sheets could be useful.

That the apartment was clean and spacious and that they thought of everything. Right down to the condiments. They had oil, vinegar, spices, and toiletries on hand.

That they have a beautiful balcony that you can't really enjoy because it's on a major street and it can get noisy at times.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent location walking distance to the marina and the city park. The host was very nice and helped with everything we needed.

Sitting in the balcony is noisy from the main street. No noise issues inside when closing the door to the balcony.
