Amplasarea vilei, pe coasta, deasupra marii, a fost spectaculoasa. Apusurile vazute de aici au fost de poveste.. Apartamentul in care am stat a fost foarte curat,frumos amenajat, dotat cu toate cele necesare pentru un sejur reusit: frigider, aer conditionat,plita electrica cu cuptor, vesela, cana fierbator. La sosire am gasit si cateva mici daruri. Gazda noastra a fost foarte amabila si de ajutor. Terasa apartamentului, frumos amenajata si imbracata in Bounganvilea , a fost locul in care am petrecut seri minunate. In concluzie, recomand aceasta cazare si daca vom reveni in Kalymnos, vom alege cu siguranta Niotis Studios.

Super friendly and very helpful host. Amazing view , just eating breakfast on the porch and enjoying the peaceful view is worth a visit. Bit on the outside and more on the quiet side of the island, lots of good crags to climb nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the place. It was a spacious, very clean studio, well equipped, with a beautiful veranda and really perfect, unobstructed views to the sea and Telendos. It was a real pleasure to have your meals or an evening aperitif, enjoying the calmness and beauty of nature! The location was perfect ( as long as you have some mean of transportation), quiet (only two studios and the owners who live above, but they are really discrete), away of Massouri mass tourism and ideal to explore the north part of the island, like the scenic Emporio , Palionissos and Arginounta , with great beaches to enjoy swimming and eating in excellent restaurants. Overall, we had perfect time in our stay at Niotis studios and we would certainly like ke to stay here again!

The only minor problem was the mosquitos, a bed mosquito net would be ideal!

Nice place with amazing view and at a very reasonable price. The owners are also very nice.

Exellent location and view!!

Nice quiet spot….you will need a car or transport here, but with a small car it’s great to get around. Loved the quiet peaceful location and the great view. The place is a bit out of the way but still not too far from some very nice eating places.

No negatives for this property in my opinion.
