Just a quick 1 night stop on our from BC to SK. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Dated basement suite, but very clean. Kind of a grandma’s kitschy decor. Everything needed for a quick breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable.

Amazing breakfast supplies and they even had some frozen perogies in fridge. Obviously the hosts have taken extra care to make guests feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It can feel like a home away from home. Close to a lovely beach as well. Laundry facilities available.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is very home-style. Not a resort style so if you are looking for a fancy resort-type place, it's not the place for you.

We were not expecting breakfast so we'd brought our own, but it was nice to find cereal, milk, bread, fruit, etc. waiting for us. The coffee was great and easy to make. Such a wonderful, comfortable space! Our only regret was that we arrived late due to difficult driving conditions and had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the lovely apartment.

I was very happy with the accommodation. Those who are considering staying there should first understand that this is a basement suite — a well used, but comfortable, basement suite. If you understand and accept that then you will be happy with the accommodation. The bed is comfortable and Virginia leaves plenty of complimentary snacks, coffee, tea etc. Bottom line, I would stay there again. The value is excellent.

What a fun little place to stay in! Small & cosy, nice little outdoor area to sit (in warmer weather 🙂) Great communication from the hosts, appreciated the fresh fruit & snack supplies left for us. Quiet location.
