Appartement bien placé, dans un immeuble au calme, proche des sites touristiques comme le château ou le quartier samouraïs. Et sinon arrêt de bus à 4 minutes de l'immeuble. Appartement bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire, possibilité de faire une machine de linge.

The location was perfect for us, tucked behind Hyakumangoku-dori, a major boulevard with plenty of bus access at multiple stops within easy walking distance to HOTEL APT SESELA. The building is located on Seseragi-michi with numerous shops & eateries as well as being on the edge of the Nagamachi Samurai District. We knew that no one is on-site but the personnel are super responsive; at arrival we found we needed laundry detergent & the kitchen dish soap was low and the next morning both were outside the unit's door.

The two large frosted window panels in the unit cheated us from having a spectacular western view toward the Sea of Japan. Yes, it does include a kitchen space with kitchenware but it is not enough to realistically prepare meals for 1 or 2 people. The good news: so many great places in the immediate neighborhood for wonderful meals.

Obrovský apartmán s kuchyňkou obývákem, koupelnou a wc. Čistý, voňavý a světlý, skvěle vybavený. V dochozí blízkosti do krásných čtvrtí a parku se zahradami, dvě minuty od autobusu. Zatím naše největší a nejlepší ubytování.

Location is good.

There was not a single clothes hanger, instead just a little tiny clothes stand. No bathroom mat at all. Kitchen: tiny toylike kitchen area, no counter at all, no space, so not a functional “kitchen”. Compare to all flats I’ve rented in Japan so far only this one is disappointing. It’s like the host hopes you use as little amenities as possible for the sake of housekeeping. Not good value for the money.

The location was ok but not good, the check-in is independent. There is no reception at the hotel, this is an apartment in the building. It was spacious, there was a washing machine and the air conditioner worked great

When we arrived there was a page that explained that we had to leave city tax in cash on the shelf at the entrance to the apartment. I sent a message to the hotel owner whether the price to leave is 400 yen and I didn't get a reply (over 24 hours) after that the water in the shower was really cold! I wrote another message to the hotel owner, which he also did not answer. I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it! In addition, the sound insulation was shocking and we heard all the traffic on the street and it was also raining so it sounded like it was inside the apartment. In addition, this is an apartment without reception and without the possibility of keeping belongings, so if you arrive earlier there is nothing to do with the equipment. In addition the blanket had an old smell :(
