KIKI HOTEL

The place really felt like a slice of 'normal Japanese life', a place we all agreed we would move in permanently if we were living in Japan :-) The location was great, restaurants in walking distance and even umbrellas available, which turned out to be very handy. Being able to wash and dry our clothes was great.

Facilities like new. Very detailed instructions left for all appliances etc. Close to Samurai district. Although there was no staff on site, they attended promptly when we had a minor issue with accessing the property.

Fantastic location, self-contained and private. Laundry facilities were appreciated. Comfortable and clean.

Everything had electronic controls. It would have been helpful to have had the hot water controls explained. This was omitted from the information booklets.

This was a great little apartment in a fantastic location. Comfy beds, a handy little kitchen and my favourite thing - a washing machine and bathroom that doubled as a drying room. Clothes would dry within 4 hours! It felt like a home away from home and was good value for money. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Located in a quaint street. Highly recommend Kiki.

There is no storage space for clothes

Spacious, well located and quiet self catering hotel with very comfy beds. Loved having a washing machine and the bathroom had a clothes drying button so I could get all my clothes dried quickly as well. It was lovely to have the choice of cooking if I chose. The Hotel was in a wonderful street of enticing small shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. My highlight was walking to the Oyama Shrine with its serene garden and then into Kanazawa Castle garden and Kenroku-en Garden.

The wardrobes were full and so we could not put any clothes away meaning we had to leave the bags on the floor.
