Nice location, close to the Kanazawa station Kitchen is pretty good if you brought something back

The stair to bedroom is not quite friendly , and the bed is too soft

Location is great.We cooked food buying from market. These days we slept very well.

The hair dryer is old.

Location and all households facilities like laundry and kettle etc . We also loved the futon beds.

Toilet seat needs fixing, it’s wobbly

Very convenient to walk to Kanazawa station. I traveled with my family, my kids really enjoyed relaxing in the house. Compact and cozy

Really nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

You need to communicate well in advance if you want to leave your luggage before check-in. The host said we could do it but there was a lot of miss communication on how to do it. The bathroom's window couldn't be closed, so it was extremely cold.

clean, comfortable, well furbished & next to the train station. (beware of steep stairs if accompanied with infants)

- Friendly hosts who were very helpful - Location was perfect, a 5 min walk from Kanazawa station, we had large suitcases but still made it through the thick snow - We also walked to places like omicho markets, Kanazawa castle which were also a nice walking distance away. - Very spacious for 2 people - Washing Machine, working kitchen, full size fridge were all great - A family mart is located very close for purchasing needs.

- The entire upstairs is the sleeping area, if you're in a group expect little privacy. - The toilet is very temperamental, the tiniest amount of paper can clog it so beware, we barely used it so it may have been from a previous guest. - The bathroom has a window that connects to the outside that seemingly can not be closed meaning it was extremely cold inside when bathing.

everything was as pictured and very comfortable. the staff were more than helpful, we needed to find nappies for our toddler whilst staying there and they went out of their way to send locations with pictures of the shop front.

nothing that I didn’t like. but the stairs are very steep—if you have knee issues or small children then be mindful of this. we had a 2 year old but just made sure she never went near them alone.
